To register you simply fill in the form through this website with your details and the details of the payment (please see below on how to make the payment).
The form asks general information about yourself and the two working groups you would like to take part in, one for Saturday and one for Sunday. Please check the Working Groups folder to decide which ones you prefer. Remember that you are expected to read the steering papers associated with your Working Groups (yes, homework!).
Also, if your abstract has been accepted we ask you to upload it with the registration form. Please note that our sensitive system does not allow the following characters: " () ' ;
Fees
A fee of 150 Euros is foreseen for all participants in order to cover part of the organizational, catering and publication costs of the conference. This is set at a level much lower than in most international conferences in order to encourage broad participation.
A reduced fee of 75 Euros applies to students without scholarships, participants from the South, unemployed and NGO members. You will have to provide relevant proof of your status on the first day of the conference.
NGOs are asked to send ONE email prior to the conference to the following address: [email protected] with a list of members of their organisation that are going to participate in the conference. Please make the subject of the email "NGO members".
Registration on the day of the conference costs 200 Euros.
If you are unable to afford the fee, there are possibilities to apply for the volunteers team. An important contribution will be expected before and during the conference, so the volunteers will not be able to attend all the conference events. If you wish to be part of the volunteers' team please contact [email protected]
